Can’t make it to the full season? That’s okay. You can still sign up for what dates you are available individually. Note that by signing up for individual dates, your specific placement at the event will be decided by a FMI Associate.
Space for non-profits is limited for each event, so please sign up as early as possible. We want your organization represented.
Janesville Winter Market Vendor Agreement Terms
Be courteous NO SMOKING in and around Vendors. Vendors will all be 100% responsible for all trash generated by their booth.
Set up starts no earlier than 9AM (Doors will not be open). All booths MUST be ready for 10AM opening time.
Tear down begins at 3PM, NO EARLIER! Vendors will clean their location and not leave debris behind.
Vendors will provide their own tables, shelves, chairs, and displays. Canopies & tents are allowed but not necessary.
No selling your product outside of your booth. Do not peddle your products at the local businesses or to other vendors.
Vendors will be respectful of each other and of Mall staff. We do not limit or restrict the selling of products outside of legal restrictions. There will be no drama, no special treatment, and no exceptions.
Booth fees are non-refundable and non-transferable.
You are responsible to report your Wl sales tax. (Rock Co. 5.5%)
Electricity is available but limited and not guaranteed.
One-day liability insurance policies are usually available through an existing Homeowners or Business insurance policy for a very low cost. It is encouraged that each vendor obtain a policy that provides coverage for their booth space.
If you sign up for the full season but miss 3 or more dates you sign up for in a season, you forgo your spot for the remainder of the season without refund.
